Yoga book for children – This is one of the best book that I purchased for my child as a gift as he got little interest in doing Yoga. When he got this book, he was so happy and enjoyed reading it and inspired to do yogasans as described in the book along with the help of the pictures in it. As the book has the yoga picture poses that are done by the children, he showed more interest in doing it. Not only the Yoga, breathing practices, sun salutation, symbolic gestures, Meditation everything was described so good.Even I got interest in practicing Roop dhyan Mediation as mentioned in the book as it helped me a lot in concentration my mind. Not only that, it was mentioned if we meditate upon a pure object like God our mind also get purified.
Me and my son liked this book so much and I would like to recommend it to other mothers and fathers if they want to give their children any special gift, this book can be one them. This will help & encourage the children to learn and practice Yoga, meditation on their own, gives confidence and at the same time will help them in concentrating the mind, which will automatically helps in their studies.

It is well known that yoga can relieve stress ,boost immunity, enhance health and bring peace in our lives.But in the flood of information available in our society, it is very hard pick one and practice regularly. This book is an advanced guide for children as it not only teaches the most important and effective techniques of "Yoga", but also clarifies the misconception about "Yog" prevalent in the world, and defines what is "True Yog". It includes sets of exercises and postures which are displayed through children's photographs.
